SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions govern the text message program ("Program") offered by White Glove Property Management ("we," "us," "our").

1. Program Description. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from White Glove Property Management related to your tenancy or account, including rent payment reminders, account and past-due/late notices, maintenance and inspection updates, lease notifications, and property announcements such as maintenance or severe-weather safety alerts.

2. Opting In. You consent to receive text messages when you provide your mobile number on your lease or application, when you enroll in our online resident portal, or by otherwise providing your mobile number to us and agreeing to receive texts. Consent is not a condition of renting from or doing business with us.

3. Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your account activity and property events.

4. Cost. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. We do not charge for the messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

5. Opting Out. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts. To rejoin, opt in again as described above.

6. Help. For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at [email protected] or 214-506-0683.

7. Supported Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's transmission and availability.

8. Privacy. Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy: https://whiteglovepropertymanagement.com/privacy-policy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

9. Changes. We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Effective Date" will reflect the latest version.
