By providing your mobile phone number to White Glove Property Management — whether through our website, contact form, lease agreement, tenant portal, or in person — you agree to the following terms regarding text message (SMS) communications.

Program Description
White Glove Property Management operates an SMS communication program to send account-related messages to tenants, property owners, and prospective clients. Messages may include:

Rent payment reminders
Maintenance request updates and scheduling
Lease renewal notifications
Property inspection scheduling
Account notifications and service communications
Responses to inquiries you initiate
Consent
By providing your mobile phone number to White Glove Property Management, you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from us at that number for the purposes listed above. Consent is not a condition of renting a property or engaging our services. You may decline to provide a mobile number or opt out at any time.

Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your account activity, maintenance needs, and communication preferences. You may receive anywhere from occasional messages to several messages per month.

Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. White Glove Property Management is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt back in.

To opt back in after opting out, reply START to our number or contact our office.
